Welcome to the Esterbrook Pens Marketing Hub! As a customer of Esterbrook Pens, you have been granted access to the photo content in the Marketing Hub, which you may use to promote Esterbrook products in your own marketing and advertising materials. However, in order to protect our brand and maintain a high level of quality and consistency in our marketing efforts, we ask that you abide by the following terms of use when using the content in the Marketing Hub:

Permitted Use: You may use the content in the Marketing Hub for the purpose of promoting Esterbrook products in your own marketing and advertising materials. This includes, but is not limited to, advertising our brand and Esterbrook features on your Instagram account, and email marketing where you are selling Esterbrook products.

Prohibited Use: You may not use the content in the Marketing Hub when promoting or marketing your own brand without specifically promoting Esterbrook products. For example, you may not use the content to welcome people to a show or event in your store without specifically promoting or mentioning the Esterbrook product or brand. You may modify, resize, or edit the content to fit your marketing and advertising needs, but any material changes to the imagery that go beyond its intended use require written consent (by email) from Esterbrook Pens. Additionally, you must credit or mention Esterbrook by name when using the content.

Ownership: All content in the Marketing Hub is owned by Esterbrook Pens and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell the content without prior written consent from Esterbrook Pens.

Attribution: When using the content in the Marketing Hub, you must include proper attribution to Esterbrook Pens. This includes using the Esterbrook logo and/or mentioning Esterbrook Pens in the accompanying text or caption. Additionally, you must tag Esterbrook Pens in any social media posts that include the content.

Term: This agreement shall remain in effect for as long as you are a customer of Esterbrook Pens and have access to the Marketing Hub content.

Termination: Esterbrook Pens reserves the right to terminate this agreement and revoke your access to the Marketing Hub content at any time for any reason. We may password protect the site and revoke access that way if necessary. By accessing and using the content in the Esterbrook Pens Marketing Hub, you agree to abide by these terms of use.
