RefundsOnce your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

ExchangesIf you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@esterbrookpens.com so we can arrange a replacement.
